The meeting is open to all Democrats with voting limited to State Central Committee Members.  Elections will be held at this meeting for State Party Leadership including State Chair, State Vice-Chair, State Secretary and State Treasurer as well as CD Vice-Chair positions.  Additionally, membership on all state committees will be elected.
